The John Deere 720 was the flagship of the final two-cylinder tractor generation, built from 1956 to 1958 and producing around 51 belt horsepower in diesel form. As the last major expression of John Deere's two-cylinder design philosophy before the 1960 New Generation announcement, the 720 diesel is one of the most sought-after collectibles in the line.
