John Deere 4010 WF Diesel
Farmer Jerry says
“That old two-cylinder pop-pop retired the day the 4010 came along, best I recall. Good thing it still fits in my pocket now.”
About this model
- 1:43 die-cast metal replica
- Original 1993 National Farm Toy Show release
- Made by Ertl for Toy Farmer
For 1993, Ertl chose the John Deere 4010 WF Diesel as the National Farm Toy Show's official 1:43 scale release. It marks one more year in the show's unbroken run of November tractor releases in Dyersville, Iowa. The John Deere 4010 WF Diesel never reached general retail, selling only through the show and Toy Farmer's mail order, and it has not returned to production since, making it a collector piece today.
