Ertl built this Ford 901 Powermaster in 1:43 scale as the National Farm Toy Show's official tractor for 1986. It is one of the annual releases in the show's tractor series held each November in Dyersville, Iowa. Like every National Farm Toy Show release, the Ford 901 Powermaster sold only through the show and its mail-order channel and was never reissued, so it now changes hands almost entirely on the secondary market.
