Ford 901 Powermaster
Farmer Jerry says
“The Powermaster name said it all, best I ever knew. That 901 earned its keep on chores every single day I had one running.”
About this model
- 1:16 die-cast metal replica
- Original 1986 National Farm Toy Show release
- Made by Ertl for Toy Farmer
Ertl built this 1:16 scale Ford 901 Powermaster for the ninth National Farm Toy Show, held in Dyersville, Iowa, in 1986. It was the tenth special tractor Ertl made for Toy Farmer and the third in a series of six antique tractors, all built from new tooling. Ertl's certificate letter refers to it as the Ford 961, though the hood badge on the model reads 901 Powermaster. The letter states that exactly 8,000 units were produced. The model has a die-cast body, fenders and wheel inserts, a detailed engine, rubber tires, a steerable front end and a collector insert.
