Ertl produced this 1:64 scale Case 2470 Traction King 4WD as the official National Farm Toy Show exclusive for 2007. It is one of the annual releases in the show's tractor series held each November in Dyersville, Iowa. As with the rest of the series, production of the Case 2470 Traction King 4WD was limited to the show and its mail-order audience, and it has not been reissued since, so it now trades almost entirely on the secondary market.
